Sweet Potato

Sweet potatoes are an excellent source of Vitamin A, which may protect skin from the sun, helping to prevent sun burn, dryness and wrinkles. It also may help to bring a nice glowing tint to your skin! Sweet potatoes are also a good source of Vitamin C, which creates collagen.

Watermelon Radish

Watermelon Radishes have a high water content that helps hydrate the skin. They have Anti-inflammatory properties that can help reduce redness and swelling. Contain Vitamin C an antioxidant that can help slow down aging and improve skin elasticity.  Radishes are a great source of Hyaluronic acid, which is essential for keeping skin hydrated. 

Lentils

Lentils areloaded with B-vitamins for supple skin.In particular, its vitamin B5 and vitamin B9 are essential for the skin's elasticity, softness, and resilience. Vitamin B5, also called pantothenic acid, is known to moisturize the skin by binding with and holding water within the skin tissue.

Tahini Dressing

Tahini contains high levels of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, which can help support healthy skin by reducing inflammation and improving hydration. Tahini is also a good source of vitamin E, which is a powerful antioxidant that helps protect the skin from damage caused by free radicals.
