Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love everything you receive from Complexion. However, if you need to make a return, here’s what to expect:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
- Products must be unused and unopened in their original packaging to qualify.
- We do not offer refunds on used or opened skincare due to health and safety standards.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the return is received and inspected.
Email info@complexionnashville.com with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for your request. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
At this time, we are unable to process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, we recommend placing a new order once your return has been approved.
We’re so sorry! Please email photos of the damaged item(s), your packing slip, and your order number within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right.
SKINCARE PRODUCTS
Many Complexion products—including our AM Serum, Melt Away, Reset, C2 Pads, C3 Pads, R&R Spritz and Cool Down—are pregnancy-safe. We always recommend checking with your physician for personalized guidance.
Yes! Our formulations were designed to complement one another for a streamlined, effective routine. Not sure where to start? Email us and we’d be happy to recommend a regimen.
Most clients notice visible improvement in 2–6 weeks, depending on consistency and skin goals. Exfoliating products may show quicker changes, while barrier-support formulas often take a bit more time.
Our line was created to support all skin types—from acne-prone to sensitive to mature skin. If you’re unsure which products are best for you, book a consult or send us a message.
A simple rule:
- Cleanse
- Tone / Exfoliate (C2 or C3 Pads)
- Serums (AM, PM or Golden Hour depending on morning/evening use)
- Moisturizer
- SPF (AM only)
- R&R Spritz throughout the day as needed

Yes—virtual and in-office consultations are available. Consults are encouraged for new clients so we can fully assess your skin and create a customized plan.
Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment may be subject to a fee. This policy helps us honor our team’s time and clients on our waitlist.
Avoid retinoids, exfoliating acids, sun exposure, or active breakouts/irritation for 48–72 hours pre-treatment unless otherwise instructed by your provider.
We recommend waiting 24 hours post-treatment before exercising, sweating, or using a sauna/steam room.
Membership & Billing
Members receive monthly treatments at preferred pricing, exclusive perks, and discounts on retail. Memberships auto-renew but can be adjusted or paused according to policy terms.

Yes—memberships can be canceled according to the terms outlined at sign-up. Please contact our team for assistance.

No, but creating an account allows you to view order history, and manage subscriptions.

We are located at: 3417 Murphy Road, Nashville, TN 37203. We are located in the Parke West Building and parking is available in the garage behind our building (residence, hotel and retail parking are all in the same garage).
