Refund & Return Policy

30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window beginning on the day your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, products must be unopened, unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email us at info@complexionnashville.com for authorization.
Once your return is approved, you are responsible for:

  • All return shipping costs

  • Proper packaging of the item to ensure it arrives safely (we recommend using the original shipping materials and adequate padding)

Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@complexionnashville.com so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Sale items or gift cards

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
