Srisha Pillay

Srisha grew up in Indianapolis and attended Purdue University for her undergraduate, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences. After college, Srisha moved to Chicago where she earned her Master of Medical Sciences in Physician Assistant Studies at Northwestern University. She is board certified through the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

After graduating from PA school, Srisha began her career as a Physician Assistant in Head and Neck Surgery at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. Srisha focused primarily on Head and Neck Cancer and worked directly with microvascular/reconstructive surgeons, facial plastic surgeons, and dermatologic specialists. Srisha gained extensive knowledge on intricate facial anatomy and acquired specialized skills performing a wide variety of procedures involving the head and neck including vocal cord injections, suturing, neck/facial injections, and biopsies of the oral cavity, neck, and face.

Throughout her experience at Northwestern, Srisha developed an interest and passion for practicing in aesthetic medicine. Her background allows her to combine her unique technical skills with her creativity and eye for art to provide clients with naturally beautiful aesthetic results.

One of Srisha’s favorite parts of medicine is being able to care for others and enabling those around her to feel more confident. Through her advanced medical knowledge and warm, enthusiastic personality, she strives to create an environment where her clients feel heard, comfortable, and empowered with knowledge about their overall skin health. She is passionate about creating meaningful and trusting relationships with her patients and wants to ensure that their needs are met with individualized treatment plans. Srisha has completed extensive training at Complexion with Beth and Natalie in a wide variety of aesthetic treatment options including injectables, PDO Threads, lasers, PRF, Emsculpt, Kybella, and microneedling.
